A bug in Make on MAC OS

A target in makefile can be a real file. In theory, when used as a make target, this file can be referenced in absolute path, or in relative path. However this is not true in make on MACOS. A file as target referenced in absolute path and in relative path are regarded as 2 different targets.

So this result in an error when build QGC on MAC, as qmake generated an qt_preprocessor makefile, in which all targets are referenced in absolute path, however in later calls they are listed in relative path. Thus the make complains it can not find the target.

To fix this, it may need to wait for next qmake version. For now the workaround is just to manually unify the reference to targets in all absolute path form, or in relative path form in qt_preprocessor.mak in xcode project file.
